Firearms Permit Details: Everything you Need to Know:
Day 1: Tuesdays
6:30am-2:30pm
Hands on Classroom Instruction for Firearms Permit
Classroom training, you will learn moral & legal aspects of firearms use, nomenclature, weapons handling & shooting fundamentals, & emergency procedures, Use of Force, Tactical Training & Drills, Weapons Retention, Unholstering Drills and much more!
Must have proof of citizenship or U.S legal resident. Show copy of U.S Birth Certificate, or, DD214, or, green card, or Naturalization Certificate, or Valid un- expired U.S passport
Day 2: Thursdays
8:00am-2:00pm
(Live-Fire at Insight Shooting Range)
Firearms Range Training
The six hours of firearms range training will give you practice in safely handling and firing your weapon. You will shoot with live, real bullets. You must hit the target 40 times out of 50 to pass. (NO open toed shoes, NO shorts, NO sweatpants must wear jeans/slacks with a BELT with belt loops.

Our Payment Program: You have one (1) year to pay the "state" fees:
Livescan/Fingerprints: $117
Assessment Test: $65
State BSIS Firearms Application fee: $100
Range Fee: $75, includes (1) caliber of your choosing, use of the firearm to qualify, target, and ammunition to qualify.
